  1. Start a journal: a gratitude journal is where you can note down things that you appreciate and small things you’ve noticed that you are grateful for. Reading through these later can instill a feeling of joy and happiness.

  2. Meditation: meditating can help us focus on the now and present, inspiring us to be grateful for the world around us and the life we live.

  3. Small acts of kindness: the more love and positivity you put out into the world, the more of it that comes back to you. By giving back and showering kindness on those around you, you are expressing gratitude and positivity.

  4. Letters: write letters or messages to people you are grateful for and tell them why they mean so much to you.

  5. Thankfulness ritual: start a ritual either first thing in the morning or before you go to bed where you list out three things that you are grateful for. You’ll be surprised at how differently you start to see the world!
